Todo cuanto veo, soy y creo, es por tus dones Señor

 

     Dios esta en todas partes, en cuanto nos rodea, en los rostros de la gente y en la naturaleza. Toda la inspiración de Dios, captada a través de la lente fotográfica, fue el gran reto de estos chicos, que participaron del Concurso de Fotografía de JMJ Panamá (Jornada Mundial de la Juventud).

     JMJ es un proyecto que congrega a jóvenes de todas partes del mundo en un encuentro eclesial que habla un solo idioma, el amor a Cristo. Este año el encuentro se dará en Sydney, Australia.

     El concurso, fue una motivación de este grupo de jóvenes que encontraron en la fotografía, una manera de exaltar las maravillas que Dios nos ha regalado. Todos los trabajos participantes serán exhibidos en Australia, como parte del intercambio cultural.

     Las fotos concursaron en cuatro categorías diferentes que fueron evaluadas por los jurados con un puntaje de 1 a 5. Cabe destacar que una de las condiciones del Concurso era que los participantes no fueran fotógrafos profesionales. Estos fueron los ganadores:

Categoría: Vida Joven y Rostros de Panamá

     Queremos extender de manera muy especial, nuestras felicitaciones a Gilberto Correa quien actualmente es miembro de la Comunidad Photitos.com, como ganador en la categoría Naturaleza. Su estilo muy particular y sencillo, lo hizo merecedor de este reconocimiento, entre muchos trabajos de muy buena calidad.

     Todos los trabajos, se hicieron merecedores de muy buenas criticas por parte de los asistentes, la tendencia fue macrofotografía y zoom in, en la categoría de Naturaleza, mientras que en la categoría de Historia y Sitios Turísticos, predominaron hermosos paisajes típicos de nuestra cultura. Sin lugar a dudas, la foto ganadora, captó increíblemente un hermoso atardecer de playa, con siluetas en el fondo.

     En la Categoría Vida Joven y rostros de Panamá, se hicieron notar los rostros de los niños, cuya “inocencia”, como el titulo de la foto ganadora, lograron conmover a los espectadores. La foto ganadora de la Categoría Cultura, Tradición y Religiosidad, se destacó por su tranquilidad, sencillez y transparencia en lo que desea transmitir. La Fe.

     Queremos reconocer también, la participación de Jimara (Outdoor Photographer) del Staff de Photitos, por su delicada función como miembro del jurado y oradora en la presentación, quien recibió un certificado por su importante participación. También, Photitos.com, obtuvo un reconocimiento como Patrocinador del evento.

Everything that I see, and I believe, is for your gifts Lord.

     God is everywhere, as surrounds us, in the faces of the people and in nature. All the inspiration of God, captured through the photographic lens, was the great challenge for these guys, who participated in the Photography Contest of JMJ Panama (World Youth Day).

     JMJ is a project that brings together young people from all over the world at a gathering Church who speaks one language, the love of Christ. This year's meeting will take place in Sydney, Australia.

     The contest was a motivation of this group of young people who found themselves in the picture, a way to exalt the wonders that God gave us. All participants work will be exhibited in Australia, as part of cultural exchange.

     The photos competed in four different categories that were evaluated by the jury with a score of 1 to 5. Significantly, one of the conditions of the contest was that the participants were not professional photographers. These were the winners:

      We want to extend a very special congratulations to Gilberto Correa, who is member of the Community Photitos.com, as winner in the category Nature. His very particular and simple style, deserved this recognition, among many works of high quality.

     All work, were worthy of great criticism by the attendees, there was a macro and zoom in trend, in the category of Nature, while in the category of History and Tourist Sites prevailed beautiful typical scenery of our culture. Undoubtedly, the winner picture, captured incredibly a beautiful sunset beach, with silhouettes at the background.

     In the Category Young Life and faces of Panama, it noted the faces of the children, whose innocence, as the title of the winner photograph, shock the audience. The winning photo of the Culture, Tradition and Religion Category, was notable for its tranquility, simplicity and transparency in what it wants to communicate. Faith.

     We also recognize the participation of Jimara (Outdoor Photographer)from Photitos Staff, for her delicate role as a member of the jury and host at the presentation, who received a certificate for her important participation. Also, Photitos.com won recognition as a sponsor of the event.
