Mujer 

    Belleza…naturalidad; actitud…personalidad; misterio…profundidad. Es como describimos el marco de esta exposición fotográfica, titulada simplemente: “Mujer”, una palabra, muchos significados. 

    JC Gibbs, Jimara y Antonio Echevers, nos muestran, con este tema, la esencia de lo que para ellos representa la mujer, desde su más importante papel en la vida humana, hasta lo más cosmopolita de su estilo contemporáneo. Los “blanco y negro” predominan en esta exposición, que acompañados de elementos sencillos o fondos planos, atraen nuestra mirada hacia la profundidad de los rostros o nuestra curiosidad por aquellos “sin título” que nos dejan crear nuestro propio concepto de la imagen. 

    JC Gibbs, nos muestra rostros de mujeres jóvenes con diferentes personalidades. Su intervención crea un balance con fotografías en b/n y color, marcando un estilo sencillo y expresivo. Los colores brillantes contrastan de forma equilibrada con los tonos de piel y cabello, mientras que en los b/n predomina la profundidad.

    Su trabajo se inclina hacia lo no convencional, mostrando los rostros femeninos hacia un lado de la imagen, creando equilibrio con fondos traslúcidos, que complementan las fotografías. Una acuarela de belleza, compone el trabajo de Gibbs, que describe el concepto “mujer” a través de sentimientos, expresiones y culturas. 

    Jimara, nos propone un estilo moderno, donde los accesorios y atuendos femeninos, nos recuerdan que toda mujer tiene algo de picardía y sensualidad.

    Sus fotografías, contienen colores brillantes en fondos negros, enfocando directamente al elemento central de la imagen. Las muestras sin título, permiten a nuestra imaginación, abrir sus alas, y narrar las crónicas de un sostén o las aventuras de unas sandalias por la ciudad. Sin duda, estos elementos tan originales, le dan ese atractivo particular a esta exposición. 

    A. Echevers, capta la profundidad y misterio de la mujer, así como también, el orgullo, la dedicación y el espíritu, de cada una de las protagonistas, en esta presentación.  Todas sus exposiciones en b/n  nos dan a conocer las distintas caras de la mujer; aquella que lucha por llevar el pan a su casa, aquella que disfruta de su sensualidad al coquetear con el espejo, aquella mujer a quien la vida le pinta sonrisas todos los días, o aquella que misteriosamente nos reta a descifrar sus pensamientos.  

    La intervención del escritor José Luis Rodríguez Pittí, creó el ambiente perfecto, enmarcando la exposición con frases poéticas, que hicieron que las fotografías cobraran vida y desprendieran su esencia entre todos los asistentes a la inauguración. 

    La colectiva fotográfica, estará expuesta hasta el 31 de diciembre en el Restaurante La Novena de Vía Argentina.  

Woman 

    Beauty… naturalness; attitude… personality; mystery… depth. It is described as part of this photographic exhibition, entitled simply: "Woman," a word, many meanings. 

    JC Gibbs, Jimara and Antonio Echevers, show us with this issue, the essence of what it represents for them women, since her most important role in human life, even the most cosmopolitan of its contemporary style. The "black and white" dominates this exhibition, accompanied by elements or simple flat backgrounds, attract our eyes to the depth of their faces or those curious "untitled" that leave us create our own concept of the image. 

    JC Gibbs, shows faces of young women with different personalities. Her intervention creates a balance with photographs b/w and color, marking a simple and expressive style. The bright colors contrast in a balanced manner with skin tones and hair, while on b/w dominates depth.

    Her work leans toward the unconventional, showing women's faces to a side of the image, creating translucent balance with backgrounds that complement the photographs. A watercolor beauty, composes Gibbs work, who described the concept of "women" through feelings, expressions and cultures. 

    Jimara, is proposing a modern style, where women's clothes and accessories, remind us that every woman has a bit of mischief and sensuality.  

    Her photographs, contain bright colors in black backgrounds, focusing directly to the central element of the image. Samples untitled allow our imagination, open its wings, and narrate the chronicles of a bra or the adventures of some sandals in the city. Certainly, these elements so original, give this particularly attractive to the exhibition. 

    A. Echevers, captures the depth and mystery of the woman, as well as the pride, dedication and spirit of each of the protagonists in this presentation. All exhibits in b/w reveal the different faces of women, one that struggle to bring bread to her house, one that enjoys her sensuality to flirt with the mirror, the woman to whom life paints smiles every day, or the one that mysteriously challenge us to decipher her thoughts. 

    The intervention of the writer Jose Luis Rodriguez Pittí, created the perfect environment, framing the exposure with poetic phrases, which made the photographs collection get alive and revealed its essence among all those attending the inauguration. 

 
    The photograph collective, will be exhibited until December 31 at the Restaurant La Novena of Via Argentina.
